Keep reading to get our Disney Frozen Popsicles recipe below.

Disney Books Conceal, Don't Feel

The A Twisted Tale series puts a twist on classic Disney stories. This new release based on Frozen, Conceal Don’t Feel by Jen Calonita, asks, What if Anna and Elsa never knew each other?

As the future Queen of Arendelle, Princess Elsa’s life is full of expectation and responsibility—not to mention, questions. What type of ruler will she be? When will she have to pick a suitor? And why has she always harbored the feeling that some critical piece of herself is missing?

Following the unexpected death of her parents, Elsa is forced to answer those questions sooner than she’d hoped, becoming the sole ruler of her kingdom and growing lonelier than ever. But when mysterious powers begin to reveal themselves, Elsa starts to remember fragments of her childhood that seem to have been erased—pieces that include a very familiar-looking girl. Determined to fill the void she has always felt, Elsa must take a harrowing journey across her icy kingdom to undo a terrible curse… and find the missing Princess of Arendelle.

The twist of Elsa not remembering Anna makes you wonder who helps save Elsa when she starts to lose herself? In Disney’s Frozen, Anna was the one that was able to reason with Elsa and the main person she truly loved – her sister. With a new storyline expect lots of twists and see a whole new side of your favorite Frozen characters.

To celebrate the release of the 7th novel in the A Twisted Tale series, I put together these yummy treats. These healthy snacks serve as a dessert your kids will love. Create your own Disney Frozen Popsicles with a few ingredients.

Disney Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Disney Frozen Popsicles Recipe

We make fruit smoothies in our home regularly so it is only fitting to make yogurt popsicles for a delicious frozen treat. These Disney Frozen inspired popsicles are made up of a smoothie mix, blueberry yogurt and a touch of winter sprinkles. It’s not a Disney Frozen treat without some snowflake sprinkles, is it?

I used a winter sprinkle mix that I found in the bakery section at our local grocery store. The color combination was perfect for Disney Frozen Popsicles. Two shades of blue sprinkles, white sprinkles, and little white snowflakes. I tested several methods for getting the sprinkles to show in my popsicles. You can add the sprinkles to the bottom, pour them on the side, or save them for the top. Be careful not to mix them inside the yogurt or they will not be visible.

I layered a smoothie mix that included banana and vanilla yogurt with blueberry yogurt.

The sprinkles added a nice surprise to an otherwise healthy treat. A little candy won’t hurt!
