Pixar A Bug’s Life – Green Smoothie Recipe for Kids
To celebrate the second week of Pixar Fest with our Pixar Fest At Home Celebration series, we are featuring the second Pixar movie – A Bug’s Life. We made this yummy bug’s food drink, a green smoothie recipe for kids. We also have a fun free A Bug’s Life party printable that you can use as cupcake toppers or make decorative kid straws.
A Bug’s Life was my oldest daughter’s very favorite Pixar movie. It was released in 1998, one year after she was born. The cute storyline and colorful picture held her attention from the beginning. We watched it so many times I could quote it along with her.
This sheet of A Bug’s Life printable party decor can be used as cupcake toppers, on food picks, or to create your own decorative kid straws. I recommend you print the sheet on white cardstock and use a 2″ hole punch to punch out the circles.

Once you have your A Bug’s Life circles cut out, use a small dot of glue to add to your decorative paper straws. I used brown ones to resemble sticks in our bug’s juice.
Now your green smoothie is Pixar ready. Isn’t Heimlich, the fat green caterpillar, cute hanging out on your smoothie?
