I’m not the fittest person I know, but it’s odd to me when I hear people who are into fitness that doesn’t ride bikes. To me, this is the easiest of all fitness goals to adopt. It’s also cheap, effective on multiple body systems, and enhances lives in just about every way. In short, riding a bicycle can be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make. Don’t believe me? Human movement used to be an active process. For thousands of years, our ancestors slogged over many miles to get from point A to point B. Even when new methods like the domesticated horse were used, ancient transportation was still much more athletic than it is in the present day.
