How to Make Turtle Apple Sliders

While gathering your ingredients and supplies to make your turtle apple sliders, make sure you wash and dry the apples.

Slice Apples for Sliders

Remove the core of your apple before slicing.  Slice into rings, then dip into the lemon juice. Pat dry with paper towel, this will keep the slices from turning brown.

I suggest laying down wax paper before adding the toppings.  This will prevent a sticky mess and make clean up easier.

Add caramel to apple slices

Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce.  You can melt your own caramel sauce or purchase ready to use.  The chocolate can be heated up or added at room temperature.

Now add the pecan pieces to the top and they are ready to serve!

Add pecans to sliders

This delicious snack turned dessert is an easy alternative to caramel dipped apples.  The slices are perfect size for eating without the worry of biting into a large sticky apple.

Which topping would you add to your apple slices?
