How to Make St. Patrick’s Day Gelatin Shots
You will need about 25 minutes to prepare this treat, and then, of course, let them sit in the refrigerator for about 8 hours.

You’re going to make layers of gelatin. So, first, prepare the green layer. Boil one cup of water with two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Mix in green jello mix into the boiling water. Whisk well. Add one cup of cold water. If adding in rum use 1/2 cup rum and 1/2 cup cold water. Whisk well.

Pour the green layer into 1/3 of the cup. Place a lid on top of the jello shot cups and pop them into the fridge for two hours or until set.

For the second white layer. Boil one cup of water with two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Mix one envelope of clear gelatin Knox into the hot water and whisk well. Add one cup of cold water. Whisk well.

Pour the white layer into the next 1/3 of the jello shot cup on top of the green layer. Pop into the fridge for two hours or until set.

For the last orange layer. Boil one cup of water with two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Mix in orange jello mix into the hot water and whisk well. Add one cup of cold water. Whisk well.

Pour the orange layer into the last 1/3 of the jello shot cup on top of the white layer. Pop into the fridge for two hours or until set.

When ready to serve top with whipped topping and green glitter pearl sprinkles.
