Supplies:

Cut up blue foam into small pieces to use as filler and color, this is a great fine motor activity for kids and really gives the ornament a unique look. Instead of craft foam as a filler to add color without painting you could also use blue shredded paper, blue tissue paper, or blue pompoms for filler as well- they will still be light enough that your ornament will not be too heavy for the tree.

Remove the top/hanger from ornament and transfer the small pieces into your ornament until it is full. Add a touch of hot glue inside the top before replacing it to hold it firmly.

For Dory’s fins and tail cut them from yellow foam in a simple shape, then trace the outline with a black marker to give them some definition and detail.

To make Dory’s markings on the side, you can use an image of Dory to reference. Just free hand a generally close shape – it doesn’t have to be perfect. Try drawing a sculpted eyebrow shape and then another coming down from the first using a black paint pen.

Add a small mouth on the front edge of your disc ornament.

Once your paint is dry secure fins and tail in place with hot glue or craft glue.

Place one wiggle eye on each side of the front where you would like Dory’s face to be.

Now add your Finding Dory ornament to your tree or gift to the Disney Pixar fan in your family.
