4 Weeks Down – Knock Out The Fat With George Foreman

| |

To be honest this week I didn’t try any new or exciting recipes.  Grilled chicken in some form seems to be the norm around here.  Grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken salad, just grilled chicken with veggies…  I think you get the idea.  It’s the easiest and well, I like chicken.  I do know I officially do not like asparagus grilled, I only enjoy it steamed with seasoning added, which then I love it.  So now I just steam my asparagus while I grill the meat which works out perfect.

This week has been crazy busy with Noah graduating Pre-K and Gabby having her doctor appointments.  My workout schedule has not been consistent and neither has our meal plan.  However I am still proud of myself for making mostly healthy choices.  I have cut out junk food and enjoying yogurt and various nuts quite a bit.  Fruit is another big option in our home.

I took the kids to the duck pond and park this past week and we did a lot of walking around.  That was great exercise that we all enjoyed.  This coming weekend we are heading to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas which I’m extremely excited about.  I know we’ll all get plenty of exercise but I’m also very nervous about our eating habits while we are on a mini-vacation.  Guess this means extra crunches for me this week.

So excited to be down another pound this week.  That’s a total of 3 pounds in four weeks!

Full Disclosure: I am one of 10 Brand Ambassadors in the George Foreman Knock out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge. I was sent a George Foreman Grill for my participation in this challenge and will be compensated for my time at the end of the 90 day challenge. HOWEVER, ALL opinions expressed in this post are 100% my own.
