Top 10 Scriptures to Help You Stay Motivated

The New Year can bring about bouts of doubt. This is the year to say goodbye to those doubts in your head and hello to a God who knows you are worth much more than that. Sometimes we look in the mirror and aren’t sure what to say, do, or think.

These bible verses will help you get the strength and motivation you need to keep chugging along in 2015, even when you don’t think it’s possible.

Sometimes all you need is a little reminder that God is in control of it all.

But they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint. ~ Isaiah 40:31

Although we need motivation to get through the day, our hearts should still be in the right place.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. ~ Psalms 19:14

Isn’t it wonderful to know that we can pray to God and ask for help and motivation?

No matter what you face this year, just remember that God has a plan!

In the end, your salvation is what matters, there’s no need to be afraid, you can make it through! We don’t have to be afraid because the Lord is our light, salvation, and fortress.

The Lord is my light and my salvation – so why should I be afraid?  The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? ~ Psalms 27:1

God gives us all of the tools we need to succeed, all we need to do is pray for Him to guide us.

Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil.  Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. ~ Ephesians 6:13
