I used to be a big caesar salad lover. I also enjoyed ranch on several different food items, including salads. However once I started eating healthier I decided to try alternate options that tasted just as good. I have been impressed with the Nakano Rice Vinegar. My whole family loves it, even the kids. Not only is the taste great on garden salads, it also goes well on fruit salads.
We love strawberries and bananas. Matter of fact Noah would eat a whole banana with every meal and strawberries are a huge hit no matter the time of day with all of us. The sweetness of both fruits makes the kids forget they are healthy. By tossing in some spinach leaves it’s an easy way to mix in a green without them even noticing. Splash on a little Nakano seasoned rice vinegar and it truly rounds out the flavors nicely.
This is an easy side dish to serve with delicious flavor. It also makes for a healthy snack throughout the day. I pair this with grilled chicken.
