With Fall comes pumpkins. Pumpkin coffee, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread and even pumpkin scented candles. To kick off your fall baking you will need some pumpkin spice. Below is a recipe for you to make your own pumpkin spice mix at home.
- 1/4 cup Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cloves
- 2 tablespoons Ground Ginger
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Mix
Mix all the spices together in a small bowl. Once the seasoning and spices are thoroughly blended, pour them into a jar. Store in a cool, dry place.

My daughter sprinkles the pumpkin spice on top of her morning coffee and I use it in my pumpkin smoothie! Yes, I have been making pumpkin smoothies for the kids and they can’t get enough of them.
