We are going back to Hogwarts with these free printable Harry Potter lunchbox notes. To continue our countdown to Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald we are watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets this week.
Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs
A Harry Potter themed lunch is not complete without some chocolate frogs, of course! I purchased this inexpensive frog mold on Amazon for only $5. Then the kids and I melted chocolate chips to pour in the mold.
After letting the chocolate cool in the refrigerator, the frogs easily popped out of the mold. To add an extra touch to our frogs, my son brushed edible gold shimmer on the chocolate.

I recommend printing the lunchbox notes on white cardstock. After printing our Harry Potter lunchbox notes, I cut them out and then layered them on top of colored scrapbook paper. This gave the notes some depth, plus brought out the colors of the houses at Hogwarts.
Get a little more creative and turn an ordinary white paper lunch sack into a Harry Potter themed lunch bag. We made this bag look like the Gryffindor rob by using black, dark red, and yellow scrapbook paper.
