Dress Snow White on the New Mirror Mirror App

My kids love our family iPad.  It’s no secret we are huge Apple fans with multiple devices in the house.  I couldn’t wait to come home from my recent trip to Santa Monica from the press junket for Mirror Mirror to show Gabby the new Mirror Mirror: Dress Up Snow iPad app.  Actually the app is not just available for the iPad but also the iPod Touch and iPhone, it requires iOS 4.0 or later.

The vivid colors and enchanting costumes made Mirror Mirror a true fantasy film.  I was happy to see the same colors come across in the images on the app.  You can change the backgrounds behind Snow from being inside the castle to being outdoors in the garden and many more.  Once you select a background you can change her clothes, shoes, accessories and decide how she will wear her hair.

Once you have your scene complete, you save it as a snow globe.  This is Gabby’s favorite part because she loves snow globes.  She has three in her room right now.  You can shake the iPad and the snow mixes up within the snow globe just like if it was real.  It makes for a beautiful picture with the lovely Snow White dressed in a gorgeous gown in the background.

The app is completely free in the iTunes store so download it today and dress up Snow while you wait for Mirror Mirror to hit theaters on March 30th.
