Dream Big – The Peanuts Movie
Story brought to you by 20th Century Fox
Do you remember the beloved Peanuts gang from your childhood? It never felt like a holiday without watching them on TV with my parents. We watched the Halloween episode but Christmas was always my favorite. I even had Peanuts toys and a Snoopy PEZ candy dispenser.
I have continued the tradition with my children each holiday season. We tuned in when A Charlie Brown Christmas comes on and I am not only able to reminisce about my own childhood but I’m able to share the same joy with my kids.
My parents have a Snoopy ornament hanging on their tree still to this day. The Peanuts gang are characters that became part of families everywhere. They are well loved classics.
Not only does this classic still provide entertainment for families both old and new, they are continuing to expand. This Friday, November 6th, a whole new story will open in theaters. A new experience to share with your families.
The gang is back together again and my kids and I are all excited to see what they have been up to. Plus, the movie is out in 3D! It will appear as though the characters come to life on the big screen.
ABOUT THE FILM
Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the beloved “Peanuts” gang make their big-screen debut, like they’ve never been seen before, in state of the art 3D animation. Snoopy, the world’s most lovable beagle – and flying ace – embarks upon his greatest mission as he takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis The Red Baron, while his best pal, Charlie Brown, begins his own epic quest. From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will prove that every underdog has his day.Directed By: Steve Martino
Produced By: Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz, Cornelius Uliano, Michael J. Travers, Paul Feig
Which Peanuts character is your favorite?
My favorite character always was Snoopy. However, you just have to love Charlie Brown. His sad demeanor while always making innocent, yet, silly mistakes and his loyal friendship to his pals draws you in. The other little characters that may not get as much love is Woodstock. Another favorite of mine!
