The best part of this smoothie is there are only a few ingredients. Which makes creating it a breeze. Toss a few ice cubes into your blender or NutriBullet. Then empty the Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt on top of your ice. Pour the entire container of the Peach & Mango Yogurt into your smoothie.
Silk yogurt is both dairy free and lactose free without losing any of the great taste. Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt has 6 grams of soy protein per serving, no cholesterol or artificial flavors. The creamy texture is delicious while providing an excellent source of calcium and vitamin D. Plus, it’s gluten-free!
I added some fresh peach pieces to my smoothie. If you prefer to pull out more of the mango flavor, feel free to add mango pieces as well. When I was pregnant with my oldest daughter I always craved fresh peaches. You can add frozen fruit to your smoothie to make it even colder, which I do at times.
