Once you add all of your ingredients, it is time to turn on the Mealthy Handblend Immersion Blender. The sturdy stainless-steel construction and ultra-sharp blades make sure that everything you blend turns out smooth, including ice!

You can use the top rotary dial to adjust between ten-speed settings for chopping thick items such as apples. The Turbo button provides a burst of power and speed.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • dash ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Slice your apple into smaller chunks, add to blender cup.
  2. Pour in your almond milk and vanilla yogurt.
  3. Add your oats.
  4. Sprinkle in your spices to bring out the apple pie flavors.
  5. Blend until smooth. Add ice as desired.
  6. Enjoy your Apple Pie Smoothie!

  1. Our everyday morning smoothie is berries, banana, spinach, flaxmeal..maybe a splash of orange juice if we have some. Your apple pie smoothie looks delicious!

  2. My go-to smoothie is pineapple, banana , a handful of greens and unsweetened almond milk..ocassionally I add a scoop of protein powder?

  3. I love strawberries and peaches but I always add some spinach or kale for nutrition… even though I don’t want to!
