AdventureBots Animal Kingdom – iPad App Review

This week I was given the chance to review the AdventureBots Animal Kingdom app on our family iPad.  I really was impressed with the graphics and feel of the game.  I enjoy the fact it’s educational with a twist of fun.

The AdventureBots Animal Kingdom app is available in the iTunes store for only $1.99.

You can visit nine different regions with the AdventureBots and learn all about zebras, lions, African rhinoceroses, koalas, kangaroos and many many more.

My 5 year old son thinks it’s fun to use the looking glass to find animals.  This part of the game allows you to search for a certain number of the same animal as well as learn facts about them.  Once you find all the animals within a region then it will ask you pop quiz questions and you have to find the animal that matches the fact.  This part of the game is best for my 9 year old since all the facts are in text and not read aloud.

The app is rated 4+ and I would agree with this rating for the exploration of all the regions and animals.  The reading part is not on a kindergarten level so I had to read the facts to my son.  This game is very educational which I like and there is enough regions and animals to keep the kids entertained for quite a while and the ability to go back multiple times to play.

I do recommend the app for kids.
