Hold on tight at the Forestal Park
This one is slightly off the beaten track, but you can’t beat Forestal Park near El Rosario for some adrenalin-fuelled fun, especially if your family includes one or more dare devils. Scale rope ladders, cross bridges and climb giant spider webs high in the pine trees – perfect for learning to work together as a team.
Explore inland Tenerife by horseback
Even if you’ve never been on a horse before, a horse ride into the beautiful Canarian countryside is great for fun all the family. Inexperienced parents will never fail to make the kids giggle, while you might even find you have some young budding jockeys in your brood!
