Drive It Home Show Comes to DFW

Allstate Foundation is teaming up with the National Safety Council to help parents of teens prepare their young drivers to get behind the wheel and on the road safely.

My daughter received her driving permit last summer and has been practicing since then by driving me around town.  I still can not believe she will have her driver’s license this July.  By August she will be driving herself to school, which to be honest, scares me.

Next Thursday, May 23, 2013 the Drive It Home event will be held here locally in Plano, Texas.  I plan to take my daughter to sit through the free hour long show. If you live in the DFW area I highly recommend you join us.  Whether you are a parent of a tween, teen or are just concerned about teen driving safety, this event is sure to be educational and entertaining.
