10 Weeks Down – Knock Out The Fat With George Foreman

This week we spent some time in our backyard playing water balloon baseball and eating lots of fruit.  I love fresh peaches at this time of the year and strawberries are always a huge hit in the house.  Noah doesn’t eat cereal without a banana cut up in it anymore and they have been eating a ton of grapes.  Our fruit bowl was filled and empty again within days.

I’m excited to announce I’m down a little over a half pound.  Honestly I wasn’t trying to lose anymore weight, instead just maintain and continue to make healthy choices.  However, I’m not complaining.

This weekend we are hosting a birthday party for T which will provide some sweets and even pasta.  I know it won’t all be healthy but I’ll do my best to make healthy choices the rest of the week and we’ll be swimming during her party so that’s great exercise.  Not to mention the fact my arms are so sore right now from playing tennis on the Wii that I can hardly type.
