Smurf’s Dance Party Wii Game

I grew up watching The Smurf’s so it comes as no surprise to me that my kids love them as much. We were at the theater on opening day to see Smurf’s in 3D. The kids, my parents and I all enjoyed it!

Noah sported his Smurf’s hat all day. Since seeing the movie all three kids have collected more than one Smurf’s toy from McDonald’s and my mom actually bought the whole collection to put on a shelf with some Smurf’s she owns from the 80’s.

The kids received The Smurf’s Dance Party Wii game in the mail last week and were beyond thrilled. We have all played together and can honestly say it’s become one of our favorite family games. We own the other Dance Party games such as Just Dance, Just Dance 2, and a few others. So far this is the kids’ favorite.

Gabby especially loves that the words to the songs show on the screen. She loves reading and music so that works perfect for her. She sings along with every single song while Noah dances. It’s the cutest!

The dance moves seem to be simpler for kids also which is good for Noah. We were able to do the dances together and he could keep up at only 5 years old which was nice. We both just giggle and have so much fun.

Noah’s favorite song and dance is by Gargamel. He reminds me how he does NOT like Gargamel since he is the bad guy but he just likes the song. It’s adorable how many times he has felt he needed to reassure everyone in the house that he doesn’t like the character. I’ll admit his song does have a nice beat and I even danced with him to it.
