Love Drop for Ethan & Alex – 4 Paws for Ability

Community Outreach, Love Drop, Charity, Giving BackLast month was an amazing month for Love Drop.  They succeeded their goal on their first mission of raising over $2,500 for Jill and her family.  Over 400 people came together to donate and change the lives of a deserving family.  You can watch the video of the final drop to Jill and her family and see how not only the money but the gifts and thoughts behind Love Drop truly touched their lives.

This month the Love Drop Team has already started collecting donations for another very sweet family.  Two young brothers, whom both have severe Autism, are in need of a service dog.  The dog is being donated, however the cost to train him it’s quite pricey.  4 Paws for Ability is the organization that will be placing the service dog in the home of Ethan and Alex.  I could tell you all about their story but watching this touching video is worth more than 1,000 words.

Gabby does not have Autism, but while watching that video I could relate.  This month’s Love Drop really pulls a heart string for me.  I have a soft spot for helping kids and I can see the pain in the mother’s eyes.  I can relate to that pain.  If having a service dog in the house will help the mother sleep better at night, help watch over her son, give her even five extra minutes of peace and allow them to go out in public as a family…. it’s priceless.

I encourage you to visit Love Drop and determine the best way for you to help give back.  Whether that’s a large donation, giving something as small as even $1 helps or spreading the news of the family in need via blog post or social media outlet.  I am so excited to be a part of The Love Drop Street Team and this month I will personally be donating more than my normal monthly auto-draft.  I am giddy to see the video of the final drop and hear updates on how the service dog changes their lives.  This will be one blessing that family will never forget!

  1. I’m so excited about this month’s love drop! I don’t have a special needs child, but I know people who do, and the way service dogs are able to help people with all kinds of challenges has always inspired me! I can’t wait to see these kids get their dog!

    1. To Nate, J Money, and all who contributed to the Love Drop for Ethan & Alex,

Thank you so very much for your kindness and wonderful generosity toward our grandchildren, Ethan, Alex and their little sister Megan too. We are so grateful and excited to know that Andy and Angie will have the means to get a service dog for the boys which will help so much. The other gifts are also very appreciated. It is hard to find the right words to adaquately thank all of you for your Love and Kindness. May you always be blessed in most special ways.

      Tom @ Margaret
