Preserve Christmas Memories with Hallmark
Christmas is now over and we are nearing the end of 2010. It’s surprising how much planning we do to prepare for the holidays. We shop, we decorate, we plan the family gatherings, we bake, we cook and we wrap presents. Then within a blink of an eye it’s over.
To preserve the Christmas memory this year I recorded the Frosty the Snowman story on Hallmark’s recordable storybook for Noah. Now as often as he’d like he can listen to me read the classic, favorite Christmas tale just by turning the pages of his new book. He loves it. He was very surprised to hear my voice when he opened the book.
I am very impressed with the Hallmark recordable storybooks. I think they make great keepsakes and I plan to give each of my nieces one for their birthdays this year. Hallmark offers the storybooks in multiple stories for all occasions not just Christmas. I also love the fact you record one page at a time. I had to re-record some of the pages, especially the last section several times. If I would have had to record the whole story over from the beginning each time I messed up it would have been a nightmare. I was thankful to just retell a few lines of the story.
What do you do to preserve your family memories each year?
Full Disclosure: I received the above Hallmark Recordable Storybook as a sample to review. I wrote about it because I truly loved it and wanted to share with my readers. All opinions are 100% mine.
