Urban Armor Gear for Your Phone
Our house is divided, actually no – Andrew is just the odd man out. He is the only Android customer in our family. All of the kids and I use Apple devices and are pretty hard core fans with owning at least one of each device Apple makes including three iPhones between us. The one thing we do agree upon when it comes to our mobile phones is protective cases.
We were recently introduced to the Urban Armor Gear line for mobile phones. Since it was time for Andrew to get a new smartphone case for his Android he browsed the Samsung Galaxy S5 options. He instantly requested this orange case to review. I admit, the orange is a sweet color and I wish my phone case was this shade.
When I asked Andrew what he liked best about the case he said the durability. Not only does it look sleek, it has a somewhat rugged feel to it. Which goes well for a man’s phone. However, the case also comes in pink! Andrew’s camera bag is a black backpack that he carries everywhere we go. This case looks like it almost matches the style. Surprisingly, even though you can tell it is durable, it is not heavy at all. I remember when my teen had one of those cases you could supposedly run over with a car and it wouldn’t damage the phone (yeah, right) – it was almost as heavy as the phone itself!

Check out their video of this case on an iPhone 6 going through the drop-test. Pretty impressive!
Now that’s the case my teen needed when her phone fell out of her pocket on the football field and shattered the screen.
Are you an Android or iPhone lover? Which case protects your smartphone?
Full Disclosure: Andrew received this smartphone case from Urban Armor Gear to review. All opinions are 100% our own.
