Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cabbage slaw mix
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayo, buttermilk, lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl. Whisk well.

  2. Add your seasonings to your dressing and stir.

  3. Pour over your slaw mix in a bowl and toss.

  4. Place in the refrigerator to let the dressing sit for a couple of hours before serving.
