Cut each tomato into three 1/2 inch slices. Lay tomato slices on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
Mix your dried herbs together evenly. Sprinkle over each tomato slice.
Spread shredded parmesan cheese over the top of the herb covered tomatoes.
Garnish each tomato with fresh parsley.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for ten minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
