Monsters, Inc. Sully S’mores Dip
Ingredients:
- Large marshmallows
- Semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- Blue sugar sprinkles
- Purple sugar sprinkles
- Graham crackers
Start by covering the bottom of your baking dish with semi-sweet chocolate baking chips.
Spread out one layer of chocolate chips across the bottom of the baking dish.
Cut your marshmallows in half, evenly. Using a small bowl of water, slightly dip the top of each marshmallow to get it damp to hold the colored sugar to your marshmallow.
I covered majority of the marshmallows in blue sugar sprinkles, since Sully is blue. Then I set aside a few marshmallows to dip in purple sugar sprinkles for Sully’s spots.
Place each of the marshmallow halves on top of the chocolate chips, lining them up across the dish. It is okay to leave a small amount of space between each marshmallow since they will melt into place.
Bake at 450 degrees for 7 minutes.
The colored sugar sprinkles caramelized on top of the marshmallows giving them the taste of true roasted marshmallows.
Dip your graham crackers into your Sully S’mores Dip and enjoy! The thin layer of sugar, melted marshmallow, and melted chocolate was heavenly.
This s’mores dip was devoured by the family within minutes and worth every minute it took to make.
