My son is a huge peanut butter and jelly fan. Since I pack his lunch each morning before school, I’m always on the lookout for different meal options to change it up. This past week I was inspired to create some free printable lunchbox notes that include peanut butter and jelly jokes for kids.
Although the highlight of my son’s lunch may be his favorite foods, each day he comes home talking about the notes I include. He even has a pocket in his lunchbox that he stores all his lunchbox notes from his dad and I.
I decided to take a new spin on the traditional PB&J with the Welch’s Graham Slam! My son was pleasantly surprised with the grape jelly and peanut butter deliciousness in between graham crackers.
You can find the Welch’s Graham Slam! Grape in the frozen aisle of Walmart. I found them near the snack & appetizers.
Save $1 off a box of Welch’s Graham Slam! with this coupon. Expires December 31, 2016 and is good for two weeks upon printing.
They also come in strawberry flavor. You store them in the freezer after purchasing and they can be eaten frozen or thawed. Which is perfect when packing in a lunch or taking with you on-the-go. They stay cool longer.
The graham crackers are deliciously crisp fresh out of the freezer or after being thawed. With 7grams of protein, no high fructose corn syrup and 12 grams of whole grain, they make the perfect snack after school or when we are headed to the ball field.
Now if I can just keep my kids and husband from snacking on them all within two days.

The peanut butter and jelly jokes for kids is made to print on a 8.5×11 sheet of paper. There will be extra room to easily cut out the four lunchbox notes.
You can use scissors to cut down the middle and across the center or you can get paper cutters at Fiskars that you can use. Feel free to handwrite a personal note to your child on the back of the printed joke card. These peanut butter and jelly jokes are kid-friendly and easy to read. Your child can share them with their friends at school and enjoy a laugh at lunch.
