Board games are always on our list each year. While the kids are on Christmas break from school we play a board game almost daily.

The perfect gift for gamers ages 8 plus.

Our family loves playing board games. We host many game nights with family and friends, and love to find games that keep us entertained and laughing. I cannot wait to play Spontuneous with our friends at our holiday party this month.

Enjoy playing as a favorite character, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, in the new movie Jumanji. Reel Fishing: Road Trip Adventure

Harvest Moon: Mad Dash

Go solo or take along a few friends in this fast-paced farming frenzy! Harvest, fish, milk, and more as you fulfill orders to complete each level! Things may start out easy, but you’ll hit the beach, the farm, and even the Underworld as you progress through the game! Have you ever tried to grow crops with molten lava falling on them?! That and other obstacles await you as you and your friends try to clear all the levels to restore the broken lighthouse!

The original Harvest Moon is one of my favorite games. I love simulation games. Harvest Moon: Mad Dash takes that to a whole new level. This is the game for those that get bored waiting for the traditional simulation games to progress. The Mad Dash is a very fast-paced game. You have one-minute increments to plant and harvest crops.

Ring Fit Adventure

This is one game I bought the day it came out and highly recommend. As I mentioned above, I love games that encourage action. This game I purchased for myself to get some exercise at home. It is a fun fast-paced game that you earn medals and rewards while performing exercises. Each exercise moves you further through the adventure game and you progress in the levels.

Now I challenge my son to see which of us can do the best on each level.

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint

Developed by Ubisoft Paris,** Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a military shooter set in a diverse and hostile open world entirely playable solo or in up to four-player co-op. Players will discover Auroa, a mysterious island where the most technically advanced facilities meet wild and untamed nature. Home to tech giant and drone creators, Skell Technology, Auroa has fallen into the wrong hands and all contact has been lost. The Wolves, a lethal ex-US military unit of former Ghosts gone rogue, have taken over the island. Led by Nomad’s ex-brother-in-arms, Lt. Colonel Cole D. Walker, portrayed by Jon Bernthal, the Wolves have reprogrammed Skell’s drones into killing machines and are ready to use them, no matter the casualties.

The new Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint has a very vast map to explore. We wouldn’t expect any less than amazing and realistic graphics and they met our expectations. Due to the realistic war-like action, this game is recommended for a mature audience.
