9 Weeks Down – Knock Out The Fat with George Foreman

|

One more week down since joining the Knock Out The Fat Weight Loss Challenge with George Foreman and Mamavation.  This week we have spent a lot of time swimming.  Some fun in the sun is a great way to exercise and the kids are loving it.  We have all been coming home and sleeping hard at night from exhaustion.

I’m still loving my George Foreman grill.  T and I both use it often to cook meals.  I love it so much better than my last one because it’s so easy to clean with the removable grill plates.  I created a short video to demonstrate how simple it is to clean and how to remove the trays.

My scale shows I gained half a pound, although I don’t see it or feel it.  I am using my Wii Fit Plus to weigh myself each week which might not exactly be the best to use for accuracy.  I do not own a regular scale because I’ve never cared much about my actual weight before, instead just about how I feel and look to myself.  I know my weight fluctuates a little here and there but I’m still happy with it.

Full Disclosure: I am one of 10 Brand Ambassadors in the George Foreman Knock out the Fat Weight Loss Challenge. I was sent a George Foreman Grill for my participation in this challenge and will be compensated for my time at the end of the 90 day challenge. HOWEVER, ALL opinions expressed in this post are 100% my own.

  1. LOL, the only scale in my house is the Wii Fit too! (Well, actually I have a postal scale and a kitchen scale, but I don’t think either weighs more than 10 pounds.) Fluctuation is normal, I hate when people get all hung up on the numbers. There are plenty of skinny maries out there with high cholesterol and no muscle tone.
